Tempered Lens
Wii Disc Read Speed Slow?
I got a Wii last few years. On more than one occasion, he was overthrown by my tempered family-short (usually drops about 4 feet on a carpet). I'm really surprised it's still working. Every time I try to play a game, it has very slow read speeds and it can take up to 3 minutes to load a level. Obviously, the Wii damaged part (s), but which part (s) do you think he / she might be? If I had to guess, I'd say the lens is damaged, but any input would be helpful. I plan on taking it to my local game store that does repairs. Any other opinions?
