Does my employer have to supply me with cold weather gear?
I currently work for an employment agency FLT driving, as the fuel prices are so high we have been informed to heat the warehouse it will cost in excess of £10k per month, so they are not putting it on, but supplying permanent staff with thermal clothing to keep warm. Are the legaly obliged to protect agency staff from the cold? if not then any ideas whos responsibility it is?
Time to look for a new job
