How to cope with very hot tempered husband?
Hello, I have been married to my husband for 14 years. His mood is terrible. In beginning of our marriage was hell. At that time I was in my twenties and we had evil. Later, we had 3 children. He seemed to have mellowed down for years, but lately, he gets angry over small things and starts to cry and say abusive things to me and the children. Just an example, yesterday I had a missed call from him. I remember when he scolded me for five minutes on the phone, when I got home I had another round of scolding him. I'm angry and I wanted out, he threw my things on the ground and hit me (accidentally) on my right eye. Can someone share with me some tips on how to deal with him?
When he is calm, tell him that his temper became the best of him lately. He needs a checkup with the doctor, and anger management classes. if hits you again, even accidenatlly, call the police. You must call a women's shelter and advice.
