Superhero, crime-fighting, wanna be brother now has a bulletproof vest, cables, and small metal boomerangs...?
My brother is ALWAYS listening to his police scanner,says cops are too slow,he wants to interfere as a superhero.
He found this dumb police scanner while he was dumpster diving weeks ago, now all he does is listen to it.
He thinks the cops don't respond quickly enough to the calls, and that he could do better.
He is also obsessed with Superheros like Batman and Spiderman.
He's getting really whacked out, and was even more inspired when he saw this story on the news:

What would happen if he got caught?
He's 30 years old, lives a stable life, no history of psychiatric illness, what is going on here?
What should I do?
are you sure he doesnt have mental problem trying to take down criminals with a metal boomarang and cables???tell him he doesnt have a bulletproof mask for his head so he could still die then tell him you really wish if he has to be a hero that he learns how to shoot a gun at a shooting range and takes one along
