Color Correction
Laptop Color Correction Advice?
I just got a new laptop with an NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT graphics card and after messing with the color correction several times the color still doesn't look "right."
Does anyone know of any presets or settings that work well?
Any help would be great, thanks!
Proper monitor calibration systems will set you back at least a hundred dollars for the hardware (but if you want to get a properly calibrated display that's what you have to do).
The defaults are probably good enough for most purposes, if you do serious graphics work then you probably do need to calibrate but for everything else there's probably not much point playing with the colours too much.
